Permanent Record

Public Evidence Ledger

An append-only record of the JRS Evidence Development Program: milestones, codebook versions, study registrations, and methodology changes. Entries are added, never deleted; the repository's version history is the underlying immutable audit trail.

Governance
JRS Codebook v1.0 published
Authoritative definitions for the five review conditions (Reconstructability, Basis Identification, Chronology, Decision-Process Traceability, Evidentiary Sufficiency), each at Experimental maturity. See the Codebook.
Program
Study Registry established
Studies registered with methodology and honest status (Active / Collecting / Dataset ready). See Research & Validation.
Data Collection
Live evidence collection activated
Reviewer, expert, and real-case pilot responses, and pilot contact submissions, now persist to a controlled datastore (aggregate counts public; identifying data private). Public aggregates gated until a minimum sample.
Framework
Five conditions unified across platform
The pilot page, training environment, and AI record-review prompt were aligned to a single canonical five-condition set.
Program
Operational validation phase & pilot materials published
Pilot program, simulation/training environment, and downloadable reviewer references made available at no cost during validation.
Claim control: entries record program activity and framework development, not validated outcomes. Reproducibility, accuracy, and validation are distinct and are not used interchangeably. New entries are appended as the program develops.
